I am Faela.

For many years, I believed my purpose was to help people heal.

Today, I see my work differently.

I believe each of us already carries the answers within. Beneath the layers of expectations, fears, past experiences, and the need to please others, there is a part of us that has always known who we are.

My role is not to tell you who you should become.

My role is to create a safe and compassionate space where you can remember who you truly are.

I believe that when we know ourselves, everything begins to change.

We no longer need to prove our worth.

We no longer seek validation to define our value.

We begin to honour our boundaries, trust our inner wisdom, and live according to what is true for us.

That is where freedom begins.

Over the years, I have explored many healing modalities and self-discovery tools. They are not the destination—they are simply pathways. Each one is an invitation to see yourself more clearly, reconnect with your authentic self, and move forward with greater awareness.

At the heart of LuvBella are four values that guide both my life and my work: kindness, authenticity, integrity, and truth.

I dream of a world where every person knows who they are, loves who they are, and has the courage to create a life that reflects their own truth.
